Talk with the crew and record. Your mic is captured locally in high quality and uploaded as you go, so a dropped connection can't eat the episode. Headphones on.
Record rolls for everyone at once. Share screen shows the crew what you're looking at; the video is never recorded, but any audio in the share goes to the crew and onto its own "program" track. Hat voice messages route the same way. Your mic is recorded raw (16-bit WAV, no noise suppression, echo cancellation, or auto gain). Everyone's file is the full session length and lines up at 0:00; anything you miss is silence. The speaker buttons and sliders only change what you hear (your own slider sets how loud the crew hears you). Scroll over a shared screen (or use + and −) to zoom, drag to pan, double-click to fit. Mic pick and mix levels are remembered for next time.
